Who we are
Liyu Parallel is an independent retailer of apparel sourced from overseas labels. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Liyu Daitai LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its business address at 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor, Miami, FL 33132, US, which is the data controller for the information described here.
Questions about privacy go to support@liyuparallel.com.

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with parties who need it to complete your order:
- Our payment processor, to take payment and screen for fraud. Card details go straight to them and never reach our servers
- Carriers, including FedEx and national postal operators, who receive your name, address and phone number in order to deliver
- Customs authorities, who receive the recipient details and goods declaration required by law to import your order
- WooCommerce, our ecommerce platform and host, which processes data on our instructions and only for us
We may also disclose information where a law, court order, or regulator requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not pass your details to the labels whose products we sell. We buy stock from them ourselves, so they have no reason to see who bought what.
Where your data goes
We are a United States company selling to customers in the United States. Your data is stored on servers in the United States.
To get your order to you we pass your name, delivery address, phone number and order contents to our sourcing agent and to the workshop that dispatches the parcel. Both are in China. That is the only reason your details ever leave us.
They are contractually barred from using your details for anything other than shipping your order, from keeping them longer than the order requires, and from passing them to anyone else. We do not send them your payment details, which never reach us in the first place.
Customs declarations involve sending recipient details to U.S. Customs and Border Protection and to the export authority in the country of dispatch. That is a legal requirement of importing and cannot be opted out of.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and session working, and cannot be switched off. We do not currently run analytics or marketing cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.
If we add them later we will ask first, and we will give you a way to change your answer.
How long we keep it
- Order and tax records: 7 years, as U.S. tax law requires
- Support messages: 3 years from the last message
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it
- Analytics: 26 months, if and when we enable it
- Size finder inputs: never stored
Your rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can opt out of marketing at any time, and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a consumer privacy law, you have those rights by statute, plus the right not to be discriminated against for using them.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. There is nothing to opt out of on that front.
Write to support@liyuparallel.com or call +1 (618) 598-1306. We respond within 45 days, as California law requires, and usually much sooner. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or to your state Attorney General. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers. Access to order data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects you we will tell you and the regulator within the time the law allows.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will email you before it takes effect rather than leaving you to notice.
