We do not run a phone line for order enquiries. Almost everything people write in about is a sizing question or a delivery question, and both are faster to answer with the order in front of us.

Shipping
Your order ships from the house that made it, with duty settled by us before dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm ET go out the next business day, and everything ships tracked.
Standard shipping is $30, and complimentary above $150. Express on FedEx International Priority is $80, and is never free whatever your basket comes to.

Tracking reaches you by email as soon as the label is generated. If tracking has not moved in ten business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier rather than asking you to.
Duties and tax
The price you see is the price you pay. Import duty and tax are calculated into every listed price, and customs is cleared before your parcel is dispatched.
This matters more than it sounds. Buying these labels yourself through a forwarding service usually means a customs bill on the doorstep, sometimes half the value of the order again. A courier will never ask you for money to release a Liyu Parallel parcel. If one does, refuse it and forward us the paperwork.
Returns and exchanges
Return anything unworn, with tags on, within 30 days of delivery. Returns go to a U.S. address, not back overseas.
If the size is wrong
We cover shipping both directions on a size exchange, once per order. Sizing is the hardest part of buying these labels and we would rather absorb that cost than have you guess.
If you changed your mind
Send it back within 30 days and we refund the full price including the duty component. Return shipping is $8, deducted from the refund. Refunds land within five business days of the parcel reaching us.
What we cannot take back
- Anything worn, washed, or missing tags
- Underwear and swimwear, once the hygiene seal is broken
- Items marked final sale on the product page
Faulty goods sit outside all of this. If a garment fails in normal wear, tell us and we will replace or refund it, whatever the calendar says.
Sizing
These labels size on height and weight together, not on S/M/L. There is no reliable conversion from your usual Western size, which is why ordering by habit goes wrong.
Use the size finder. Enter your height and weight and every label on the site resolves to its own size at once. Each answer shows the garment measurements it is based on, so you can check them against something you already own.
Compression and seamless knitwear is cut deliberately close. We size those on weight first. If you want a relaxed fit rather than the intended one, take the next size up and tell us in the order notes so an exchange is straightforward.
Product care
Seamless technical knit lasts a long time and dies fast in a tumble dryer. The rules are short.
- Cold wash, 30°C or below, inside out
- Hang to dry, never tumble dry
- No fabric softener, it coats the elastane and kills the stretch
- No ironing on printed or bonded panels
Care symbols on the garment label are not in English. The translation is on the product page for every item we sell.
Questions
Are these authentic, or replicas?
Authentic. We buy from each label directly and they ship to you under our name. These are small independent brands selling their own designs, not counterfeits of Western labels.
Why not just order from Taobao myself?
You can. It means a forwarding agent, a proxy payment, listings you cannot read, sizing charts in centimetres and jin, a customs bill on arrival, and no realistic way to return anything. We do that part and carry the sizing risk.
How long until it arrives?
10 to 20 business days on standard, or 5 to 8 on express. The parcel comes from the workshop that made the garment, so it is crossing an ocean and clearing customs on the way. We would rather quote you the honest window and beat it.
Will I be charged customs on delivery?
No. Duty and tax are already in the price and cleared before dispatch.
What if the size is wrong?
We pay shipping both ways on a size exchange, once per order. Use the size finder first and it usually will not come to that.
Are you the official distributor for these brands?
No. We are an independent retailer. We buy stock and resell it. Brand names and logos belong to their owners, and nothing on this site implies they endorse us.
