The window
Return anything unworn, with tags on, within 30 days of delivery. Returns go to a U.S. address, never back overseas.
That is our own policy, and it is more generous than the law requires. Nothing in it limits your rights under federal or state consumer protection law.
If the size is wrong
We cover shipping both directions on a size exchange, once per order. Sizing is the hardest part of buying these labels and we would rather absorb that cost than have you guess.
Use the size finder before you order. It converts your height and weight against each label's own chart, which is not the same as your usual Western size.
If you changed your mind
Send it back within 30 days and we refund the full price, including the duty component. Return shipping is $8, deducted from the refund.
Faulty or not as described
Faulty goods sit outside all of the above. If a garment fails in normal wear, or arrives differing from how we described it, tell us and we will replace or refund it whatever the calendar says. You pay nothing to return it.
What we cannot take back
- Anything worn, washed, or missing tags
- Underwear and swimwear, once the hygiene seal is broken
- Items marked final sale on the product page
- Made-to-order pieces carrying your own logo, since they cannot be resold. Faulty goods are still covered.
How to start one
Email support@liyuparallel.com with your order number and say whether you want an exchange or a refund. A person replies within one business day with a prepaid U.S. return label.
Please do not send anything back before you have that label. Unannounced returns are difficult to match to an order.
When you get your money
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us. How quickly it appears after that is up to your bank, usually another three to five days.
We refund the duty component too. That is unusual, and it is deliberate: you should not be out of pocket on tax for a garment you no longer have.
