What it costs
Standard shipping is $30, and complimentary once your basket passes $150. One rate, one item or ten.
Express runs at $80 on FedEx International Priority. Express is never free, whatever your basket comes to, because we pay the carrier the same either way.
We do not charge by weight, by item count or by zone. A single tee and a five-piece order cost the same to ship.
When it leaves
Your order ships from the house that made it, with duty and tax settled by us before it leaves. That is why the window is measured in weeks rather than days: the parcel is crossing an ocean and clearing customs, both of which we pay for and neither of which we can hurry.
Orders placed before 2pm ET are dispatched the next business day.
Made-to-order pieces from MARQUE are the exception. Those are produced against your artwork, and the lead time is stated on each product page, currently between 14 and 35 days depending on the garment.

Everything ships tracked, on both services. We ship within the United States only at present, and we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. territories are served on the standard rate, but add roughly a week to the window.
Duty and tax
The price you see is the price you pay. We sell delivered duty paid, which means import duty and tax are calculated into every listed price and customs is cleared before your parcel is dispatched.
A courier will never ask you for money to release a Liyu Parallel parcel. If one does, refuse the charge and forward us the paperwork.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to your shipping state, and is shown before you pay.
Tracking
Tracking reaches you by email as soon as the label is generated, which is usually before the parcel physically leaves us. Movement can take 24 hours to appear.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved in ten business days, write to support@liyuparallel.com and we will chase the carrier rather than asking you to.
You are responsible for giving us a correct and complete delivery address. Reshipment after a failed delivery caused by an incorrect address is chargeable.
Risk passes to you on delivery. For anything lost or damaged in transit before that point, we replace or refund.
